Taco Egg White Chips
I made chips from my egg white crepes and flavored them with my Taco Seasoning
They are absolutely delicious and a perfect treat for PSMF days as well.
The flavor combinations are limitless!
Taco Flavored Egg White Chips
These chips are flavorful, crispy, and crunchy. They are a perfect treat for PSMF days!

Ingredients
- 12 egg whites
- 28 grams egg white powder
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well either in a blender or with an immersion blender
- Pour about 1/4 cup egg whites onto a non-stick pan
- Cook until top is no longer liquid
- Flip over for a few seconds to cook the second side
- Remove from pan and cut into quarters
- Place on dehydrator rack (or parhment paper lined baking sheet)
- Dehydrate at 165 F for 4-5 hours.
- Turn off dehydrator and let sit until cooled
- Store in zip lock bag
- If you do not have a dehydrator, bake in 200 F oven for 2-3 hours - turn off oven and let them sit for another 1-2 hours
