Egg White Crepes

I have been trying to get my recipe for egg white crepes to where I like it and I have finally done it!

These crepes can be used on PSMF days.

I also made chips from the crepes – these chips can also be used on PSMF days – a nice treat to help us all stay clean on those days.

Egg White Crepes

These egg white crepes are great for PSMF days since they are only egg whites. They also make great chips when dehydrated - a nice crispy, crunchy treat!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended - can use blender or immersion blender
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter in a non-stick pan
  • When the top is 'gelled' flip over and heat the other side for a few seconds
  • Remove from pan and either freeze or store in refrigerator

Notes

These make great chips - I dehydrate them for 4-5 hours and they are crispy and crunchy.
I also add spices if I am making chips
