Sausage Pepper and Onion Bake
This is an easy dish my mother used to make when I was growing up.
I ‘ketofied’ it by not adding potatoes – which she did.
It is the perfect clean keto/low carb main dish.
All you need to do is slice up onions and peppers.
Coat with olive oil.
Slice clean keto sausage and add to the peppers and onions in a baking dish.
Bake at 375 F for 1 hour or until done.
OMG this is DELICIOUS!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sausage
- 233 grams onion sliced 1 large onion
- 192 grams green pepper sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Slice onion and pepper and put in baking pan
- Cover with Olive oil
- Slice sausage and add to onions and peppers
- Stir to combine
- Bake at 375 F for 1 hour depending on your oven
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
I used Roma brand sausage which has clean ingredients. I buy at Aldi but it can be found at food Lion.

This was delicious. I added mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 1 hour was a bit long but the veggies really caramelized and even my husband liked the veggies. I usually make this in a skillet on the stove with chopped tomatoes. But I like this better. Thank you!
I wonder if radishes could be used instead of potatoes.
