Liver Pate
An easy liver pate to enjoy
- 1 pound liver (beef, calf, chicken...)
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1 TBS butter
- 1/4 cup mayo
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
cut up liver and onion
put liver and onion in a saucepan and cover with water
simmer until liver is no longer pink - make sure not to over cook
place butter and mayo in the canister of a high speed blender
add salt and pepper to taste
add cooked liver and onion to the blender
add 1/4 cup of the liquid from cooking the liver
blend until smooth
