Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cookies just 2 Ingredients
These amazing peanut butter cookies are keto and so easy to make. There are just 2 ingredients!

- 8 oz peanut butter no sugar added about 1 cup or 226 grams
- 1 egg 1 or 2 eggs
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and egg
Mix well until the egg is completely incorporated
Scoop onto parchment paper lines baking sheet with cookie scoop or teaspoon
Press down with fork to flatten a bit
Bake in 350 F oven for 12 minutes
Remove from oven an let cool for 2 minutes
Remove cookies to wire rack to completely cool
Store in airtight container
You can add either granular sweeten or liquid sweetener to taste - I don't like anything too sweet so I did not add any sweetener.
You can add chocolate chips.
You can use crunchy or creamy peanut butter.
