Egg Crust

Blueberry Filling

frozen blueberries thawed

Instructions
Crust
In a medium bowl, add egg whites, and all dry ingredients (do not add yolks yet)
Beat egg whites to stiff peak
Fold in egg yolks
Spoon mixture into pie pan and spread on bottom and up sides
Bake in 325 F oven for 5 minutes until crust sets up
Blueberry filling
Thaw the blueberries the day before
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
Pour blueberry mixture into pie shell
Bake at 375 F for 50-60 minutes until blueberry mixture is bubbly
Let cook for at least 3 hours
