Keto Sausage Roll with PSMF rolls
This is my keto version of the sausage, pepper, and onion rolls we used to have when I was a kit. It is clean keto/low carb and can be carnivore.

Ingredients

egg whites

egg white powder

gelatin

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Place egg whites, egg white powder, gelatin, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Whip until stiff peaks.
Cook sausage (Bake or fry)
saute onion and peppers until soft
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the egg whites into rolls long enough to fit the sausage
Cook rolls in 350 F oven for 25 minutes.
Let cool slightly
Cut a slit in the rolls and add sausage, onion, and pepper.
