Keto Sausage Roll with PSMF rolls

This is my keto version of the sausage, pepper, and onion rolls we used to have when I was a kit. It is clean keto/low carb and can be carnivore.

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 27 grams egg white powder
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • pinch salt
  • 5 sausages
  • 135 grams sliced onion
  • 171 grams sliced green pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place egg whites, egg white powder, gelatin, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Whip until stiff peaks.
  • Cook sausage (Bake or fry)
  • saute onion and peppers until soft
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the egg whites into rolls long enough to fit the sausage
  • Cook rolls in 350 F oven for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly
  • Cut a slit in the rolls and add sausage, onion, and pepper.
  • Enjoy!
