Chicken Sausage
Great sugar free chicken sausage for breakfast or any time. There are no fillers

Ingredients

ground chicken

sage

thyme

black pepper

parsley
can use fresh

tsp
red pepper flakes
or to taste

tsp
nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated
Form into 8 equal sized pattys
bake 350 F for 20 minutes
Notes
These can also be fried, but I like mine baked.
I have used fresh parsley as well as a jalapeno from my garden
They can be as spicy as you like
