Sugar Free Sausage
Great tasting sausage without the added sugar, salt, and fillers. It is clean keto/low carb as well as carnivore. So easy to make and tastes great.

- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices
Add the ground pork to the spices
Combine spices and pork completely
Refrigerate pork mixture for 3-24 hours
Form into 8 patties
Fry until cooked
Enjoy!
You can freeze the sausage mixture prior to cooking if you do not need 2 pounds of sausage.
Another alternative is to freeze the patties for future use. Place parchment paper between patties before freezing.
This is great for breakfast or dinner.
