Guacamole
Delicious, cream, keto guacamole. No sugar or sweeteners were added to this.

avocados

clove garlic

jalapeno
more or less to taste

red onion

more or less to taste
Instructions
Peel and cube the Avocado.
Dice the onion - I used red onion
Dice the jalapeno. The amount of jalapeno you will add depends on the size and heat index. Add to the desired heat of your choice.
Add all ingredients into blender. I used my Vitamix high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy with pork rinds, cheese crisps, or peperoni chips
Notes
If you prefer chunky guacamole, just dice everything and mix together
