Remove the boiled water from the heat and add the 4 apple tea bags
Steep tea for 5-10 minutes then remove the tea bags from the water
Peel and slice the zucchini in half lengthwize removing the seeds.
Slice the halves of zucchini into 1/4 inch slces which are similar to sliced apples
Put the sliced zucchini in a pan
Pour the tea over the zucchini slices and boil for 10 minutes
Drain the cooked zucchini to remove all the water
Put drained zucchini in a bowl and add the rest of the filling ingredients (xylitol, stevia glycerine, lemon juice, spices, and xanthan gum)
Put zucchini mixture in a pie plate or 8X8 baking pan
Top with crumble topping
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the apple mixture is hot and bubbly
Crisp Topping
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
Sprinkle topping over zucchini mixture
Bake until bubbly
