You can use almond flour instead of pork rind flour. If you do, you can omit the almond extract. Your nutritional information will be different with almond flour.Any granular keto sugar can be used instead of xylitol. I get headaches with other products (erythritol and allulose) so my preferred sweetener is xylitol - and yes I am very careful around my pets.
