Chocolate Bread with Egg Whites
This is a bread made with egg whites to keep the carb count low - delicious chocolate taste

Ingredients

Instructions
Separate egg whites and egg yolks
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl
With a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the egg whites to a stiff peak.
Spread into loaf pan (I use a silicone pan but if you are using metal or glass, line with parchment paper.
Bake at 325 F for 35 minutes.
Turn the oven off and leave the loaf in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Once cooled slice loaf - can be stored in refrigerator.

I do not have the nutritional information because the calculations were way off.
I estimate less than 1 carb per serving.
