In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, egg white powder, gelatin, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
With a hand mixer, whip the egg whites until they form a stiff peak
Grease 2 pizza pans or parchment paper on a baking sheet
Divide the egg white mixture into 2 pizza crusts
Spread the egg whites as thin as possible
Bake the pizza crusts in 400 F for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and flip the crusts over
Top each crust with 4 TBS tomato sauce - all the way to the edge so the crust does not become hard
Add cheese and pepperoni - and any other toppings you choose
Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts
Remove to cutting board and slice

Notes
The majority of the carbs come from the tomato sauce - overall a very low carb meal.I have the whole pizza as being a serving, but half of one pizza may be enough for a serving.
