Pickled Hard Boiled Eggs
Very easy to make your own pickled eggs without sugar so they are keto and low-carb friendly

- 12 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tablespoon pickling spice
Hard boil and peel the eggs
In a saucepan, bring vinegar, water, salt, and pickling spice to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes and let cool slightly
Place peeled eggs in a jar.
Pour the liquid over the eggs.
Let cool for 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 3 days.
They will last for several months once refrigerated.
