  • 3 TBS cinnamon
  • 3 TBS ginger
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch ground cardamom optional
  • pinch ground coriander optional
  • 1/2 tsp black or white pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl
  • Pour into jar to store
