Easy Basic Hot Sauce
I love hot sauce and I also love growing hot peppers. This Basic Hot Sauce is so easy to make. Throw everything into a blender then heat for 15 minutes. Bottle and enjoy!

- 1 lb hot peppers jalapenos and any hot pepper in combination
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid
Pour liquid in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and cool
Pour into serving bottles you can either strain or not.
