Easy Basic Hot Sauce

I love hot sauce and I also love growing hot peppers. This Basic Hot Sauce is so easy to make. Throw everything into a blender then heat for 15 minutes. Bottle and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot peppers jalapenos and any hot pepper in combination
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid
  • Pour liquid in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 15 minutes
  • Remove from heat and cool
  • Pour into serving bottles you can either strain or not.
