Ingredients
1/2
cup
butter

grams
powdered xylitol
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
In a 2 quart sauce pan, melt the butter and xylitol on medium low heat until bubbly - stirring
Grease an 8x8 pan or use parchment paper
Add heavy cream (be careful it will bubble up)
Cook until temperature of 240 F - stirring
Remove from heat - stir - pour into 8x8 pan
Cool on counter
When cool, cut into squares
I suggest you not refrigerate or they will become grainy
Notes
I use
xylitol
but allulose could also be used
I believe erythritol would be grainy
