In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
Form into patties about 4 ounces each
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
Or ... fry in oil of you choice (olive, avocado, coconut, bacon fat...)
Serve with either dill or ginger mayo
