Keto Gingerbread Snowball Cookies
These Gingerbread Snowball Cookies have a great flavor and are made with both almond and coconut flour. Great cookies for Christmas time!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt) and mix well
In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple extract, and stevia or any liquid sweetener.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms
At this point, add any nuts or chocolate chips if you are using them
Take about 1 TBS of dough and form into a ball about 1"
Place cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are light golden in color
Remove the pan from the oven and let sit for a few minutes
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely
Notes
You can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the cookies.
