Protein Sparing Egg White Noodles
These egg white noodles can be used as pasta, lasagna, or as wraps on PSMF days. Great protein sparing noodles!

- 10 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp gelatin
Mix all ingredients well
Lightly spray the silicone baking sheets with oil
Pour egg mixture into pan
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
Let cool and remove from pan
Either slice thin for noodles or keep as lasagna noodle.
Can be sliced for noodles or used as lasagna noodles.
Can also be used for egg white wraps.
Can be frozen by rolling in parchment paper then freezing
