Keto Spiced Christmas Jam
Keto Spiced Christmas Jam with Cranberries and Strawberries - it's amazing. It is just the right balance of sweet and tart and It is great with chicken, turkey, pork, and even on burgers.

- 1.5 lbs frozen strawberries
- 1/2 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 TBS gelatin
- 2 cups sweetener 1-2 cups depending on your sweetness. Liquid stevia
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Thaw the strawberries and cranberries over night.
Place thawed berries in a blender and puree.
Place berry mixture in a saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to boil and boil for at least 1 minute - longer for thicker jam
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl to cool.
Can be used warm or cold.
For a little heat, add a jalapeno or cayenne.
This can be canned in pint jars - water bath for 10 minutes
