Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whip on high for up to 6 minutes or until stiff peaks form
Spoon into loaf pan
Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
Turn oven off and leave in over for at least 1 hour - several hours is better
Place in plastic bag and store in refrigerator over night
Slice and enjoy!
