This Protein Sparing Pumpkin Spice Bread is so good, you will want to eat it every day. Great for PSMF days but also good every day!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Whip on high for up to 6 minutes or until stiff peaks form
  • Spoon into loaf pan
  • Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
  • Turn oven off and leave in over for at least 1 hour - several hours is better
  • Place in plastic bag and store in refrigerator over night
  • Slice and enjoy!
