- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1-2 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 TBS powdered sweetener or liquid sweetener to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
In a small mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar, vanilla, and salt using a hand mixer. Make sure the bowl and heavy cream are cold.
Once the cream has whipped, add the cocoa powder and either mix by hand or with hand mixer until the cocoa powder if fully incorporated.
Spoon into serving bowls and enjoy!
The amount of cocoa powder will depend on the brand you use.
You will need less if you use a very dark, intense cocoa powder.
