In a 9X13 inch pan coat the bottom with a small amount of bechamel sauce
Layer egg yolk crepes over the bechamel sauce
Add a layer of ground beef (pre cooked)
Add a layer of ricotta cheese
Add bechamel sauce
top with some shredded mozzarella cheese
Add another layer of egg yolk crepes, ground beef, ricotta, bechamel, and mozzarella
Add layer of egg yolk crepes
Top with bechamel sauce and mozzarella
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until bubbly
Remove from oven and let cool for 15-29 minutes
Slice and enjoy!
