Keto / Carnivore Italian Ravioli
These ravioli are completely carnivore and clean keto when topped with tomato sauce. They are very low carb and nut free too!

Dough

gelatin

Ricotta Filling

ricotta

egg

garlic powder

basil

oregano
Instructions
Dough
In a medium bowl, whip egg whites, egg white powder, gelatin, and salt with a hand mixer to a stiff peak
Fold in egg yolks
Ricotta Filling
Combine all ingredients until mixed well
Assembly
Place about 1 TBS 'dough' in bottom of muffin tin.
Place about 1 tsp filling on top of dough
Cover the filling with dough
Bake ravioli in 325 F oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes
Top with tomato sauce if not carnivore
Notes
These ravioli can be easily frozen for use later
