Keto Mustard Based BBQ Sauce - Perfect for PSMF Days

This South Carolina BBQ sauce is mustard based. There is no fat or added carbs so it is perfect for PSMF days. It is a little tangy and sweet. Goes well with chicken and pork.

Ingredients

  • 218 grams mustard about 3/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBS red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • liquid stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bolw.
  • Whisk until well incorporated
  • Pour into mason jar or bottle (can leave in bowl too)
  • Refrigerate until using

Notes

This sauce goes great with chicken and pork.
I use it on my Precision PSMF days.
You can adjust the amount of red pepper and stevia to your taste.
