Keto Cole Slaw with Mayo

This Cole Slaw is clean keto yet everyone loves it. No need to mention that it is keto - no one needs to know. It is great for cook-outs, bbq's, or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp caraway seed or celery seed
  • 16 oz cole slaw mix

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except cabbage (cole slaw)
  • Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I usually mix the cole slaw dressing and use whatever I need for the amount of cabbage I have.  You may need more or less.
