Taco Flavored Egg White Chips

These chips are flavorful, crispy, and crunchy. They are a perfect treat for PSMF days!

Ingredients

  • 12 egg whites
  • 28 grams egg white powder
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well either in a blender or with an immersion blender
  • Pour about 1/4 cup egg whites onto a non-stick pan
  • Cook until top is no longer liquid
  • Flip over for a few seconds to cook the second side
  • Remove from pan and cut into quarters
  • Place on dehydrator rack (or parhment paper lined baking sheet)
  • Dehydrate at 165 F for 4-5 hours.
  • Turn off dehydrator and let sit until cooled
  • Store in zip lock bag
  • If you do not have a dehydrator, bake in 200 F oven for 2-3 hours - turn off oven and let them sit for another 1-2 hours
