Taco Flavored Egg White Chips
These chips are flavorful, crispy, and crunchy. They are a perfect treat for PSMF days!

- 12 egg whites
- 28 grams egg white powder
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Mix all ingredients well either in a blender or with an immersion blender
Pour about 1/4 cup egg whites onto a non-stick pan
Cook until top is no longer liquid
Flip over for a few seconds to cook the second side
Remove from pan and cut into quarters
Place on dehydrator rack (or parhment paper lined baking sheet)
Dehydrate at 165 F for 4-5 hours.
Turn off dehydrator and let sit until cooled
Store in zip lock bag
If you do not have a dehydrator, bake in 200 F oven for 2-3 hours - turn off oven and let them sit for another 1-2 hours
