Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

ground beef

onion chopped
about 1/2 medium onion

bacon cooked

tsp
garlic powder
or 1 clove minced
1/4
cup
chopped dill pickle

eggs
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
coconut milk
or milk of your choice

tomato paste
or keto ketchup

cheddar cheese shredded
or cheese of your choice
Instructions
In skillet, brown ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper until cooked
Drain the beef mixture then add to mixing bowl
Preheat oven to 350 F
Chop the bacon and add to the ground beef.
Add the chopped pickles and tomato paste and mix well
Place ground beef mixture in casserole dish
Combine the eggs, mayo, and coconut milk until well blended
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ground beef
Pour the egg mixture over the shredded cheese
Bake in a 350 F oven for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving
