No Noodle Manicotti
Great clean keto, low carb way to enjoy manicotti!
Tastes better than the 'real thing', much less filling.
An amazing alternative for this Italian!

Ingredients

ounces
ricotta cheese
2
ounces
mozzarella cheese
1/2
egg beaten
or use 8 oz ricotta and 1 egg
1/2
tsp
oregano
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
8
egg crepes

TBS
tomato sauce
Instructions
Combine the ricotta, egg, oregano, and garlic powder - mix well
Spoon ricotta mixture onto egg crepe (see my recipe http://ketonaturopath.com/egg-yolk-crepes/ )
Slice the mozzarella and place on ricotta mixture
Roll up the egg crepe and place in baking dish
Repeat until all the mixture has been used
Top each manicotti with 2 TBS tomato sauce
Cover baking dish and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
