No Noodle Lasagna
This delicious lasagna is clean keto, low carb, and absolutely amazing. You will never know there are no noodles.

- 18 egg crepes can use egg yolk crepes
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
Brown the ground beef and drain
In a small mixing bowl, combine the 1 egg, ricotta cheese, oregano, and garlic powder
Spay a 13x9 inch baking pan
Spread 1-2 TBS sause on the bottom of the pan
Layer 6 egg crepes over the sauce
Spoon a layer of ricotta mixture over the egg crepes
Spoon a layer of ground beef over the ricotta mixture
Add a layer of grated mozarella cheese
Add a layer of egg crepe and top with a couple tablespoons of sauce
Repeat the layers until you have added all cheese and ground beef
Top with a layer of egg crepe and sauce
Cover with foil and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes
Remove the foil and top with some sauce and mozarella cheese
Bake an additiona 15 minutes uncovered
Remove from oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes
