- 52 grams red onion diced
- 95 grams avocado
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 2 TBS Lime juice
- 4 TBS diced tomato
- 2 TBS sauce juice from diced tomatoes
- 1/2 diced garlic clove
- salt to taste
- pepper totaste
- cilantro
Dice avocado
Remove seeds and white pith from jalapeno and dice
In a small mixing bowl add all ingredients reserving some cilantro for garnish
Spoon into martini glasses
Serve right away or chill before serving
