Sausage, Pepper, and Onion Bake

This is a perfect keto/clean keto main dish. Very simple and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sausage
  • 233 grams onion sliced 1 large onion
  • 192 grams green pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Slice onion and pepper and put in baking pan
  • Cover with Olive oil
  • Slice sausage and add to onions and peppers
  • Stir to combine
  • Bake at 375 F for 1 hour depending on your oven
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

I used Roma brand sausage which has clean ingredients.  I buy at Aldi but it can be found at food Lion.
