Melt chocolate, cocoa butter, butter (or coconut oil), and sun butter in a small saucepan or double boiler
Add stevia and extracts to melted chocolate mixture
Pour melted chocolate over pork rinds
Mix until all the pork rinds and bacon are coated with the chocolate mixture
Spread evenly on parchment lined baking sheet
let cool in place or in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes
Store in air tight container
