Crab Cakes

These crab cakes are delicious and clean keto. They are dairy free, nut free, and gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz crab meat
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1.5 tsp dill
  • 3/4 tsp ginger
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
  • Form into patties about 4 ounces each
  • Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
  • Or ... fry in oil of you choice (olive, avocado, coconut, bacon fat...)
  • Serve with either dill or ginger mayo

Notes

Dill Mayo - combine mayo and dill - refrigerate for 1 hour or more before using
Ginger mayo - combine mayo, prepared mustard, and ginger - refrigerate for 1 hour or more before using
Can substitute salmon for the crab
