- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 TBS xylitol can use allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar, or any wide mouth jar
Screw on lid tightly
Shake vigorously for 5 minutes. The liquid should double in volume
Freeze for 3 hours
Scoop and enjoy!
you can substitute allulose for the xylitol.
If you have dogs, better to use allulose as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
For chocolate, add 1 TBS cocoa powder.
