Keto Mason Jar Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Wide mouth mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 TBS xylitol can use allulose
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar, or any wide mouth jar
  • Screw on lid tightly
  • Shake vigorously for 5 minutes. The liquid should double in volume
  • Freeze for 3 hours
  • Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

you can substitute allulose for the xylitol.
If you have dogs, better to use allulose as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
For chocolate, add 1 TBS cocoa powder.
