In a small measuring cup (I use a liquid measuring cup since it has a spout to pour the batter), add all ingredients
Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Pour into bagel pan. I use a silicone bagel pan for easy release. It will make 3 bagels
Bake in a 350 F oven for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, turn the oven off and let the bagels sit in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let cool
Notes
I topped some of my bagels with Everything But the Bagel seasoning before baking.For others, I added cinnamon and a small amount of liquid stevia to the batter.They taste great toasted or as a 'sandwich'.
